These terms apply to your use of highgrade.co.za and to every order placed on it. By placing an order you agree to them.

highgrade.co.za is operated by HIGHGRADE, referred to below as “HIGHGRADE”, “we” and “us”. Information on this website is provided in good faith and does not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare practitioner.

1. Description of goods

   HIGHGRADE sells premium dietary supplements and health and wellness products. Each product page sets out the product’s name, format and the statements printed on its label. Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, and keep products out of reach of children. Always read the label.

2. Orders and availability

   An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch by email. All products are subject to availability; if a product you have paid for is unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full within 30 days. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a price or description was shown in obvious error.

3. Prices and payment

   All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made at checkout by the methods offered there. Your order is processed once payment has been confirmed.

4. Card acquiring and security

   Card transactions are processed by our payment provider on secure infrastructure that complies with the PCI DSS security standard. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure checkout and are never stored by HIGHGRADE.

5. Customer details separate from card details

   Your customer details (name, contact details, delivery address and order history) are stored by HIGHGRADE separately from your card details, which are handled only by the payment provider.

6. Merchant outlet country and transaction currency

   The merchant outlet country at the time of the transaction is South Africa. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

7. Delivery

   Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days of dispatch. Dispatch is confirmed by email with a tracking number. Delivery times are estimates. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns page.

8. Export restriction

   Products on this website are offered to customers in South Africa. We do not currently deliver elsewhere.

9. Returns and refunds

   You may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it in line with section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002; unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery; and defective products may be returned within 6 months under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. 10. Responsibility

    HIGHGRADE takes responsibility for all aspects of the transaction, including the sale of the products, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery.

11. Privacy and personal information

    We process personal information to fulfil and deliver orders, to provide customer service, to process and verify payments, to meet our legal and tax obligations and, where you have consented, to send you marketing communications. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop direct marketing, by emailing support@highgrade.co.za. Complaints may also be lodged with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za). Our full Privacy policy sets this out in detail.

12. Use of this website

    The content of this website — including the HIGHGRADE name and wordmark, label artwork, product imagery, text and design — belongs to HIGHGRADE or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. You may not use this website unlawfully or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.

13. Liability

    Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, HIGHGRADE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or of products bought on it, and our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

14. Governing law and domicile

    These terms and every transaction on this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

15. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website when you place an order applies to that order.
