Every order is tracked from our door to yours. Your tracking number is in the dispatch email we send when your order leaves us.
Your orders
Sign in with the email address you ordered with to see every order, its status and its tracking link. No password is needed — we send a code to your email.
How it works
- Order confirmation. As soon as you place an order you receive an email confirming what you ordered and the delivery address.
- Dispatch. When your order leaves us you receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.
- Delivery. Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer over holiday periods or in outlying areas.
Can’t find your tracking?
Check your spam or promotions folder for the dispatch email first. If it isn’t there, or your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, email us at support@highgrade.co.za with your order number and we will find it for you.
